The Champions League group stage returns tonight (9/12) with the sixth matchday, which will also be the last for 2025. Nine matches are scheduled for today, with the Olympiacos vs. Kairat game (17:30) standing out.

Bayern Munich, the Bundesliga leaders with an eight-point advantage over second-placed Leipzig, is also in a strong position in the Champions League (12 points) before hosting Sporting Lisbon, featuring Fotis Ioannidis and Giorgos Vagiannidis. Barcelona, which leads La Liga ahead of Real Madrid, is in a much more precarious position in the Champions League with seven points (two wins, one draw, two losses) and will host Eintracht Frankfurt.

Meanwhile, Liverpool, following the Salah case, will face Inter without the Egyptian international forward, while Marseille wants to secure points against Union Saint-Gilloise to keep their qualification hopes alive, as does Monaco at home against Galatasaray.

Slavia Prague, featuring Christos Zafeiris, will visit Tottenham (9/12–22:00), while the first-day schedule concludes with Atalanta vs. Chelsea (22:00) and PSV Eindhoven vs. Atlético Madrid (22:00).
