Limits on topping up and withdrawing funds from accounts
- Payouts can only be made to cards / bank accounts / electronic wallets that are registered in your name and which correspond to the name specified at the time of registration and verification of your data. Payouts are not allowed to be made other people's account.
- Payouts can only be made to the account that you used deposit funds. If you want to withdraw funds to another card or account, the decision on this matter remains entirely at the discretion of the Company.
- Please note that the withdrawal of funds is available only to verified Customers who have provided proof of identity.
- Restrictions on web services and bank card payments: to withdraw funds via certain web services, you will need to deposit funds to the same account at least once.
In connection with fraud prevention rules and measures that are closely followed by the payment processing company, if your card has not been used to make a deposit for more than six months, then you will need to reconfirm your card by making a deposit of at least the minimum amount.
- In certain circumstances, the processing of your withdrawal request may be delayed for the period of time necessary to perform the necessary verification procedures.
- The number of requests to withdraw winnings cannot exceed six per day.
- Deposits, withdrawals or payouts with the involvement of third parties are NOT allowed. Deposits and withdrawals can only be made from cards registered in the name of the account holder.
- In some cases, the commission may be covered at the sole discretion of the Company. In the event that the limit for payout claims established by the Company is exceeded, any compensation can be cancelled.
- In the event of a payment refusal (chargeback) when topping up the Customer's gaming account, the Company reserves the right to deduct an equal amount from the Customer's account balance.
