Olympiacos suffered their second consecutive defeat and third loss in their last four EuroLeague games on Friday night (12/12). The Reds never really showed up on the court at the Palau Blaugrana, falling 98–85 to Barcelona in Round 15 of the competition.
As a result, Olympiacos saw their record drop to 8–6 — with the postponed game against Fenerbahce still to be played — and slipped out of the top six, down to 10th place.
Hapoel Tel Aviv remained firmly at the top of the standings after recording an away win over Virtus Bologna, improving their record to 11–4.
