Omonia is the record holder of the competition with 17 titles

Having been crowned Cypriot Cup winners for the 2024–25 season, AEK celebrated the first trophy of the 2025–26 season. In the Coca-Cola Cup final, the hero for the yellow-greens in the penalty shootout against Pafos FC was Alomerović. In the Super Cup, which decided the first title of the current season, the standout player was Andreas Paraskeva.
The Cypriot goalkeeper returned to action after 3.5 years and, with a save on Pepe’s penalty, handed his team its third Super Cup in history, with a 5–4 win in the shootout (1–1 after regular time).
Pafos FC, for their part, failed once again—on their second appearance in a Super Cup—to win the Cyprus FA’s third-tier trophy, which remains the only one missing from their cabinet.
Omonia holds the record in the competition with 17 titles, followed by APOEL with 15 and Anorthosis with 6. It should be noted that the Super Cup was not held in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It is also noted that in the 1962–63 season, the
Aspida Pakkou
was awarded to Anorthosis without a match.
