Promotional Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is available only to new customers who: (i) have completed the registration process at the Site, provided complete, truthful and accurate information in connection thereto, including without limitation, in respect of email address and payment details; (ii) have yet to make their first deposit; and (iii) have opted to participate in this Promotion. Existing Fonbet customers do not qualify to participate in this Promotion.

  2. The offer runs from 20/10/2023 until 30/09/2025

  3. For meeting the wagering requirement for this Promotion, the following bets are taken into account:

• Single, Accumulator or System;

• Bets with odds of 1.8 or higher (for Accumulator and System bets each event odds should be at least 1,80);

• Cashed-out bets will qualify for this promotion;

• The bet must be settled

  1. The welcome offer can be activated only once, after making your first deposit. Once you have made your first deposit, you may choose one of the two available options, which will be displayed via widgets:

• Money to Bonus balance

• Free bets

4.1. Money to Bonus balance

4.1.1. 100% first deposit bonus up to €300.

4.1.2. The bonus will be credited to your bonus balance automatically after you select the "Money to bonus balance" option and the first deposit is made. e.g. for a deposit of €100 you will get a €100 bonus.

4.1.3. The bonus amount will be transferred to your cash balance after wagering the value of the first deposit amount five (5) times.

4.1.4. A progress bar will be displayed via a widget in your Personal Account showing the remaining and already wagered bonus amount.

4.1.5. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.

4.1.6. When placing a bet in a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that bet, it will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances. e.g. In your account the cash balance is €80 and your bonus balance is €20. If you place a winning bet of €100, with odds of 1.8, the amount of 80x1.8=€144 will be credited on your cash balance, and the amount of 20x1.8=€36 will be credited on your bonus balance.

4.1.7. For the duration of promotional participation, the withdrawal of funds from the account is not allowed. You can withdraw funds once you complete the promotion or after opt out from the promotion. In case of opt out, unused bonuses will be deducted from your account.

4.2. Free bets

4.2.1. 100% free bets are made available after wagering the value of the initial deposit amount five (5) times e.g. € 10 x 5 = € 50. With each wagering of the amount initially deposited, the Participant will receive a free bet(s) worth 20% of the amount they initially deposited

4.2.2. The number, and face value of free bets received depends on the amount initially deposited into the Promotion participant's gaming account. For example:

A Participant in the Promotion made an initial deposit of 10 EUR and placed that 10 EUR as a "Single" bet on an event with odds of . 1.8. After the bet is settled, the Participant will receive a free bet worth 2 EUR (equal to 20% of the amount initially deposited by the Participant).

4.2.3. Promotion participants are eligible for a maximum of 5 free bets. The face value of each free bet is 20% of the amount initially deposited into the Promotion participant's gaming account.

4.2.4. In the event of a win, the profit made from the bet will be transferred to the Customer's registered gaming account. The profit transferred to the Customer's registered gaming account will be equal to the amount won, minus the face value of the free bet. Free bets cannot be cashed out, or credited to a Customer's gaming account balance. In the case where a free bet wins, only the net winnings are paid to the Customer, the face value of the free bet is not returned.

4.2.5. Bets placed using free bets are not valid for participation in any Promotion.

4.2.6. Free bets are accepted on any event but only when placing "Single" and "Accumulator" bets, provided that the face value of the free bet does not exceed the maximum betting limit placed on a Customer's gaming account.

4.2.7. The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept any free bet, if we know or reasonably suspect that a Customer is abusing the free bet system and where a Customer intentionally and dishonestly exploit a game flaw to circumvent Wagering requirements and website Terms & Conditions.

4.2.8. If the amount of a subsequent bet meets the conditions for receiving a free bet but exceeds the amount initially deposited to the Customer's gaming account, the Customer will still receive a free bet with a face value of 20% of the amount initially deposited, regardless of the bet amount.

4.2.9. Free bets are credited to the Customer's account within 48 hours of the moment the conditions for obtaining the free bet are met. Free bets are valid for 30 days from the moment the free bet is added to the Customer's account.

  1. Minimum deposit amount – 10 EUR. Maximum deposit amount – 300 EUR.

  2. The wagering requirement for this Promotion must be fulfilled within 90 days after the date when the initial deposit was made. If the wagering requirement is not met during this period, Customers will not meet the conditions necessary for participation in this Promotion.

  3. Wagering bets can be made from any subsequent deposits to a Customer's gaming account, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.

  4. Wagering requirements can be met with the turnover of one large bet or several smaller ones. Free bets will only be credited to a customer’s account after the wagering requirement has been met and its conditions satisfactorily met by calculated bet(s). Bonus will only be credited to Customer's cash balance after the wagering requirement has been met and its conditions satisfactorily met by calculated bet(s). Customers have 90 days from the date when the initial deposit was made to fulfil any wagering requirements before the Bonus expire. Any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited after 90 days.

  5. This Promotion is open to registered Fonbet Customers and free bets or bonus can only be accrued and used after a Customer has made their first successful deposit to their gaming account.

  6. In the event that a bet selection is cancelled or declared void, your free bet will be void. Void/canceled bets will not count towards the wagering requirement. The bets can be cancelled or declared void in accordance with the points 1.5,1.6, 1.7, 2.1, 2.3, 2.5 of the Betting Rules section.   7. These Promotional Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and the Betting Rules published on the Fonbet.com.cy website. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to follow them during the entire period of participation in the competition.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Only those who have reached the age of 18, and only after the identity of the person wishing to register as a Customer has been authenticated, are allowed to participate in promotions and/or competitions, as well as to place bets. Underage entries are not accepted and will be deemed void.
  2. Entries that do not comply in full with these Promotional and General Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and be informed accordingly.
  3. This offer is limited to one per registered account.
  4. In the event where a Customer opens more than one gaming account in order to claim multiple registrations offers, or if found to be claiming offers on duplicate accounts, or claiming an offer on fake or fraudulent registered accounts, the Company reserves the right to close such accounts and declare any bets placed with them as void, as well as any accrued winnings; as well as invalidate his participation in the promotional activity.
  5. Entrants who are self-excluded will not be entered into this Promotion and where a player self-excludes in the course of this promotional offer, that entrant will be disqualified. No Prizes/ Free Bets/Bonuses of any kind will be paid to self-excluded or closed (either by the Customers or the Operator) entrants at any time.
  6. If a bet selection is cancelled or declared void, the Customer's bet will also be deemed void.
  7. There is no cash alternative to Prizes, Free bets, and Bonuses of any sort. they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable under any circumstances.
  8. The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept bets from any Customer where we reasonably believe that such Customer is abusing or defrauding our system.
  9. The Company reserves the right, at any time, to carry out account verification procedures in accordance with its KYC policy, as well as to suspend bets and the registered account during the KYC verification procedure.
  10. The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any point, for its sole discretion, after the approval from the National Betting Authority. In the event that the promotion is recalled, the players which have already taken part in the promotion will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the specific time when they accepted the offer of participation. Players will be notified in prior to any change.
  11. The Organiser, it’s associated companies, agents, contractors and any of its personnel involved in this promotion, assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage, death or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or using Prizes/ Bonuses and Free Bets or for any loss or damage, death or injury howsoever arising.
  14. Employees of the Organiser, their group companies, their families and agents, and anyone else professionally connected with this Promotional offer, and self-excluded persons may not enter the Promotion and risk disqualification if they do.
