call the
 
Support Team.

  1. Go to the Requests section in

    New Request button. 
  2. In the request type field, select Tech Support.
  3. In the comments field, explain the
     
    error you've found, and
     
    offer your solution in
     
    the
     
    suggestions field. Please attach screenshots of
     
    the
     
    error to
     
    receive a
     
    faster reply from the
     
    Support Team.
The answer will appear within 24 hours in the Requests section.
