Upload a colour photo of your ID:
- For EU citizens: both sides of national identity card or passport;
- For citizens of other countries: passport.
Upload a photo of any document confirming your registered address. The document must be issued in your name and not more than 6 months old.
- Internet, cable TV or landline telephone bill
- Electricity or gas bill
- Water or sewerage bill
- Waste collection bill
- Notice of property tax or other taxes
- Certificate from the municipal manager
After uploading your documents, the verification process will begin and take several hours.
Why is verification required?
To withdraw winnings and remove restrictions on bets and deposits to your balance.
Customers who haven't been verified can't withdraw winnings from their Fonbet account. They also only have access to bets for 30 days after registration, and there's a EUR 2,000 balance deposit limit.
You can complete verification at any time before the restrictions come into effect or when they're already active.
