The Knicks turned the game around against the Spurs.

The Knicks made history in Las Vegas, capturing the NBA Cup after a 124–113 victory over the Spurs, completing an impressive comeback in the final of the competition.
OG Anunoby led the way for New York with 28 points, while Jalen Brunson added 25, confirming his role as the team’s leader and NBA Cup MVP. Karl-Anthony Towns also made a valuable contribution, recording 16 points and 11 rebounds despite dealing with a calf issue throughout the game.
The Spurs were in control for most of the matchup, with Victor Wembanyama scoring 18 points and Dylan Harper leading the offense with 21. However, a decisive 13–1 run by the Knicks from late in the third quarter completely changed the momentum of the final, giving them a lead they never relinquished.
A key factor was New York’s dominance in the paint, out-rebounding San Antonio 59–42 and holding the edge in points in the paint (56–44). Mitchell Robinson stood out with 15 rebounds, 10 of them offensive.
With the NBA Cup triumph, the Knicks added another title to their trophy case, while each player on a standard contract secured a bonus of over $300,000.
