With the final standings of the single league phase now locked in, both the teams that qualified directly for the Round of 16 and those that will compete for the remaining tickets through the playoff matches have been confirmed.

The second draw will take place after the completion of the playoff matches, on February 27. It will include AEK, which finished in 3rd place, the remaining teams that finished in positions 1–8, as well as those that qualify from the playoff ties.
In this draw, AEK Larnaca, AEK Athens, and—under the hopeful scenario of qualification—Omonia will also learn their path to the final, provided they manage to progress further in the competition.
